You deserve to feel well and whole. You are worthy, just as you are.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy specializing in reproductive mental health offers support for women and birthing people navigating pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, and reproductive loss as well as the daily obstacles of motherhood. Using a client-centered, integrative approach that draws from CBT, ACT, IFS-informed, solution-focused, and attachment-based therapies, sessions are designed to help clients make sense of their experiences, understand their emotional and nervous system responses, build practical coping skills, and reconnect with their evolving sense of self. Together, space is created for what you’re carrying while fostering self-trust, self-compassion, and greater steadiness through this transformative chapter.

Integrative Approach

An integrative approach to reproductive mental health embraces that meaningful support is rarely meant to happen in isolation. During pregnancy, postpartum, and other reproductive transitions, healing and resilience are often strengthened through a thoughtfully connected circle of care. In addition to therapy, perinatal specialists can help identify and coordinate trusted referrals to complementary supports—such as lactation consultants, doulas, pelvic floor physical therapists, naturopaths, acupuncture, reiki, and community support groups—so that care extends beyond the therapy space. We are not meant to navigate this season alone.

Telehealth Only

All sessions are offered securely via our telehealth platform, Sessions Health, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Whether you’re balancing appointments during pregnancy, caring for a newborn, or simply finding it difficult to make time for yourself, virtual therapy offers flexibility without sacrificing connection.
