Rachel Scully PLLC uses a secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal through Sessions Health, the electronic health record (EHR) platform used to support your care. Through this portal, clients will receive appointment confirmations and reminders, complete intake paperwork, assessments, and consent forms, and can securely send messages or manage appointments as needed. All billing and insurance-related matters—including insurance eligibility, claims processing, invoices, and co-pay payments—will be communicated and managed separately through Alma.
